We have been offering traditional and contemporary men's hairdressing in Cheltenham since 1957.
Est. 1957
Andrew Costantinou arrived in Cheltenham from Cyprus in 1953 to work in a family barbershop. He soon became popular and eventually opened Costantinou's in Winchcombe Street in 1957.
In 1979 Andrew’s son Cos, joined the business with the ambition to take the salon to the next level. He elevated the business by refurbishing the space and adding a sophisticated flare. He then went on to work with world renowned hair product company, Wella, where he shared his passion for men’s modern barbering through seminars and workshops.

Cos continues to be central to the businesses continued success for over 40 years, and has recently been joined by two young, talented and enthusiastic barbers.
Felix Wills Johnson
Assistant Barber
Felix Wills Johnson discovered his passion for barbering through watching videos on Youtube and practising on his friends.
His mother realised how serious he was about the industry and approached Cos, following which, Felix was offered an apprenticeship.
Although Felix is still very young, he is a crucial member of the business, steadily bringing in a new, younger clientele as well as being increasingly popular with our more established clients.
Fraser
Assistant Barber
Fraser Watt has joined as the third member of the team from another salon where he went through six months of training on men's and women's hair.
Once he had completed his training, Fraser decided to use his skills and focus on barbering. He is excited to start his new role at Costantinou's.
Fraser's interests include football and rugby, so don't shy away from having a sporting conversation next time you
are in for a cut.

We are a walk-in shop, so no booking is required. Our prices have remained competitive and reasonable for many years.
